| Wright & Ditson Dimple - c1910, Ball retains most of it's paint, but has been coated with a clear finish. Lots of marks and a few cracks, but one side displays fairly well. | SOLD | |
| Why Not Dimple - c1914, Made by Henley's Telegraph Company in London. A few light strikes and still retains 75-80% of it's paint, which is faded/discolored and worn. Clearly marked at poles. Early dimple balls are very scarce. | SOLD | |
| Warwick Buoy Dimple - c1920s, A hard to find dimple ball that is classified as a floater. In nice condition with about 50% of it's paint. Any dimple balls from this period are extremely hard to come by and are in short supply. | $175 | |
Polara Golf Ball and Original Mold - c1970, Known as the hookless/sliceless ball it was eventually outlawed by the USGA since shallow dimples at the poles supposedly corrected flight. The ball was produced by PGA/Victor, the interm name for the veteran Worhington Ball Company. See 500 Years of Golf Balls by Hotchkiss - Chapter 13. |
