Cochranes's Patent Bramble - 1890s, This is a rare gutta-percha core bramble ball made by Cochrane's Ltd of Edinburgh. The ball retains amount 85-90% of it's original paint. This ball has seen little or no play. Golf balls of this period and in this condition are extremely difficult to find.

Springvale Hawk Bramble - c1900, A nice example of a rubber cored, gutta-percha bramble golf ball. Retains a small portion of it's original paint and is clearly marked S'VALE HAWK" at poles. A few very light strikes that are hardly noticeable.

Climax Bramble - c1900-1910, A gutta-percha, rubber cored bramble made by Craig-Park in Glasgow, Scotland. Original paint and clearly marked at poles. Makes a great display ball since one pole view looks near mint.  The other side has several cracks. Not a commonly found brand.

Chemico Bob Bramble - c1910, A rubber cored, gutta-percha bramble golf ball in excellent condition. Retains most of it's paint, which has aged to a nice tan patina. This ball shows no evidence of play and was made by the County Chemico Company.

Silver King Bramble - c1905-1915, A nice rubber cored, gutta-percha ball with unusually large brambles made by Silvertown. Ball retains most of it's paint (shades of brown/tan), except for some scattered areas of the high points. A few light strikes and some tiny rough spots. Ball is marked "SILVER KING" on two poles

Dunlop Junior/Heavy Junior Bramble - c1910, c1910, This ball is boldly marked and different than the typical Dunlop Junior ball with Heavy Junior marked on one pole.  In great condition except for some wear and missing paint. Not listed in Kelly's detailed reference guide.  The number 48 is stamped on side1.

Spalding White Bramble - c1906-1920, A gutta-percha, rubber cored bramble in great condition with just a few specs of white paint. Great markings at poles.
