| LR120
Scarce - Superb specimen as noted by
Bilane on the storage envelope. A beautiful Midwestern plate with a great
design.

$125 | |
| LR121
Ex Rare - Proof and has a really superb fin as noted by Bilane on
the envelope. Also notes one scallop lightly tipped and several small
nicks in fin. AGCP notes that the plate is so rare that even badly
damaged specimens are considered acceptable.

$395 | |
| LR130
Ex Rare - Bilane notes, "Proof. Try to find another in such
condition."

$450 | |
| LR654A
Very Rare - Proof plate as noted by
Bilane on the storage envelope. Also notes slightly cloudy on reverse of
envelope. Ex collection of Paul Carson.

$750 | |
| LR656
Very Rare - Bilane notes, "Proof and has a fin." However,
there appears to be a 3/8" manufacturing fracture on the rim at 2 o'clock,
which also appears in the auction catalog. An awesome
looking plate that looks much better than the AGCP example.

| LR692
Scarce - Bilane notes, "Has the tiniest of tips at W (west).
Practically proof". Plate actually has approximately nine tiny nicks
scattered around the rim, but the one noted is easy to see on the photo. Difficult to
see most of the other tiny rim nicks.

| LR81 Ex Rare Reddish Opal - The color of this plate is extraordinary and seldom seen. At first glance the center to part of the inner rim appears to be lavender in color, but when placed to the light it turns to a deep red-brown. In addition to the color, and as noted by Bilane, this plate has six concentric rings on the cavetto with a large raised dot in the center (obverse). Plate is proof with a great "X" straw mark in center. Doubt that a better combination of color and condition for this plate will ever be found. Ex Elsholz Collection, 1986 Bourne Auction, Lot 331 - $350. This plate also belonged to Rose in 1968 as stated in the Bourne catalog. | SOLD | |

LR120 Amethyst Tint -
Clear plate is scare, but tint is not mentioned in AGCP or Bilane
reference. "Hold" is marked on the storage envelope.

LR126
Very Rare - An incredible, classic looking design for a great Midwestern plate.
Bilane notes, "Minor scallop flakes. Very good for this now
very rare plate." Try to find a better example, especially with this
provenance and near proof detail.

LR455 ExRare Brilliant Emerald Green - Recorded in Bilane's reference, but not in the AGCP. Only two sales records for one other example could be located for this extremely important plate (Arman's 1997 - Caleb C. Ewing and Green Valley 2003 - Robert W. King $2,310). This example is superior to the Ewing/King specimen, which has two shallow flakes (1/2" and 1/8" wide). Plate is virtually proof except for a minute rim spall on the extreme tip of one scallop and some minor under rim flaking/mold roughness. Minimal/historic high-point wear on rope edge foot with seldom encountered stripling on scallops. < Photos > Envelope / Green Valley Catalog Photo |

LR570 Rare - Rare cup plate with minimal tipping/flakes to scallops as noted by Bilane. Originally came from another well-known collector, George Abraham, in 1984. < Photos > Envelope |
$175 | |
LR671 Very Rare - The envelope notes that one scallop tipped and a bullseye lightly nicked with two points lightly tipped. Large bullseyes and very good condition also noted by Bilane. From Kermit Hathaway in Philadelphia. < Photos > Envelope |
$725 | |
LR672 Scarce - Bilane notes 4mm large bullseyes and very good for the condition. < Photos > Envelope |
$160 | |
LR691 Scarce - Bilane notes tiny top scallop flake and see condition note in AGCP. The AGCP reference states really proof examples are almost impossible to find. From the George Abraham collection. < Photos > Envelope |
$160 | |
LR694A Scarce - AGCP says most examples are found in rather ragged condition. Bilane notes on envelope that one scallop is lightly tipped and several small top edge spalls - Rivet head. < Photos > Envelope |
$180 |
